EFFECTIVE:EIGHT (8) DAYS FOLLOWING  PUBLICATION AFTER ADOPTION

An ordinance to amend the Coloma Charter Township Zoning Ordinance by the rezoning of a certain property located in Land Section 32  from the  “AG-T” Transitional Agricultural/Residential and Open Lands District zoning classification to “C-1” Commercial District; and to repeal all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.

                             THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF COLOMA

                                     BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN

                                                    ORDAINS:

                                                    SECTION I

                   REZONING OF PROPERTY IN LAND SECTION 32

The Official Zoning Map as incorporated by reference in the Coloma Charter Township Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended so as to rezone the following described property from the “AG-T” Transitional Agricultural/Residential and Open Lands District zoning classification to “C-1” Commercial:

     SECTION II

      SEVERABILITY

           Should any section, clause or provision of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional, illegal or of no force and effect by a court of competent jurisdiction, then and in that event such portion thereof shall not be deemed to affect the validity of any other part or portion of this Ordinance.      

 EFFECTIVE DATE

This Ordinance shall take effect eight (8) days following publication after adoption.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
