Short Term Rentals

Short-Term Rentals are allowed with permit and are defined as stays of less than one month.

The Ordinance Officer is responsible for the administration, scheduling, and inspection of all rental properties in the Township.

Current Short-Term Rental Renewals are due by December 31st, 2025

Noise and criminal violations must be reported to CTPD while they are occurring.
